His hometown is famous for its savoury beef tongue and delectable seafood, both of which have influenced his unique and flavourful cooking style.
Previously working at Mizuki and Akanoya in Singapore, Chef Sato has honed his skills and developed a reputation for his exceptional tempura. He takes pride in using only the freshest ingredients sourced from all over Japan, to craft tempura that is light, crispy, and unforgettable.
